We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such due to these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you decide to purchase ExodusCBD products, you are purchasing these products based upon your own opinions as to any benefits that the products may provide.

Please note: ExodusCBD is not responsible or obligated to provide a replacement for any order that has incorrect information selected or provided by the customer. For incorrect addresses: ExodusCBD may reship the order to the correct address - once it has been returned to us. Please confirm your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

In certain circumstances, ExodusCBD may provide a partial store credit, less shipping costs, for (confirmed) lost packages. This will be determined on a case by case basis and ExodusCBD will not provide a replacement or store credit for a lost package. 

ExodusCBD will require that proof, such as an image of the incorrect item, be sent to our help email: exoduscbd@gmail.com before a replacement or credit can be processed.

ExodusCBD will only provide a replacement of the originally purchased item(s). We do not accept returns of open items. Please dispose of any e-liquid or lithium ion batteries following local/state environmental standards.
