This return policy applies to ONLINE orders only. In store return policies are different.

We will gladly accept ANY returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery as long as the item is sealed, in original packaging, and brand new condition - NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

Please provide the Order#, Full Name, Address including Postal Code, Phone Number and the reason for the return so we can better assist you. In order to provide you with the best customer service, we may need to see if the item(s) are damaged or defective before we can make an exchange or refund. Please email us a photo or send a video of the damaged or defective item(s).

Once approved, we will provide additional information in order to return your product and avoid any return processing fees. Any refund or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

A refund can only be processed before the shipment is made and once the shipment is being sent back to the sender. Once a shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to process any refund during the delivery.


If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address such as an incorrect or incomplete address. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered without the postal expense.

Shipping Fees and Adult Signature service can not be refunded on returned orders, packages reached final delivery location but not claimed or orders sent back to the sender(our facility).

Refund & Return Restrictions: Unfortunately, there are certain items we can’t accept as a return.

  • Products that were not purchased on
